On this page, you’ll find instructions on how to deal with refunds, damaged products, regrets, and how to correctly deal with it.

We refund items correctly returned to us

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we give you the option to return it to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it at your delivery address.

All items must be returned in their original packaging sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable) condition and be suited for being resold again. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for customer safety reasons, these are perishable goods such as food and food supplements. Contact our Customer Service Team, if you have any questions about this.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item to us

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team. Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within another 14 days. Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over CHF 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not return anything to us without arranging it first with a member of our Customer Service Team.

How to deal with damaged goods

If the product is damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has received back to us and inspected. Please contact our Customer Service Team and send us photos of the package and the products inside.

How to regret a purchase immediately

Please be aware that we do not take payment from your credit card until your item is dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order before this happens, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately and we will try to stop the package before it is being sent.

How to get a refund

Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Team will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the following days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

Free gifts and promotions cannot be refunded or returned

We do not refund or accept returns for free or promotional items that were given to you for free.
